A tense moment occurred during the last ball of Siraj’s second over when he delivered a full-length ball to Mohammad Rizwan, who pushed it back towards him. Siraj, in an attempt to run Rizwan out, threw the ball hard at the stumps but accidentally hit Rizwan’s hand, causing him visible pain. Demonstrating sportsmanship, Siraj immediately approached Rizwan to apologize, earning applause from the crowd.

Siraj had a commendable performance, conceding only 19 runs in his 4-over spell.

Rizwan’s innings kept Pakistan in the game until a brilliant delivery from Jasprit Bumrah dismissed him.
